We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown notice to us via our designated DMCA Agent, as outlined below.
As an internet service provider, we are entitled to protection under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To file a good faith infringement claim, your notice must include the following:
Notice of Infringement – Requirements
To submit a valid DMCA notice, please provide the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., the specific URL);
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important: Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), you may be liable for damages, including attorney’s fees and costs, if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing.
All DMCA notices should be submitted through our Contact page. We strongly encourage submitting via email for faster processing.
By submitting a DMCA claim, you acknowledge and agree that we may share your complaint and contact details with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Removed Material
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Your counter notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- A description of the content that was removed and its original location on the Site;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction (or any U.S. district court if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Counter notifications should also be submitted via our Contact page. Email is preferred for timely handling.

We take copyright violations seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a log of infringement notices and make a good faith effort to identify and take action against repeat infringers. Accounts or access may be terminated for repeat violations.
